The rainbow is worth it

My mom wanted us to start packing for the korea trip. honestly, it didnt really hit me till then that it's already approaching the end of november and the start of december. only one more month to go, and my homework is still gathering dust and cobwebs in some forsaken corner of my schoolbag (figuratively speaking, of course; in reality, the unfortunate technological advancements of KM now allow teachers to torture students from anywhere in the world, through the magic of the internet!). take away the week in korea, and hockey trainings and walk-in practices, will i be able to finish anything at all? damn it, have to start prioritising; if i cant do maths for nuts right now, gonna have to start on other subjects and pray that i'll catch up eventually.

the fates have worked their magic again; after yet another shuffling of schedules, i can at least go for a few wlk-in practices again. i finally feel like im contributing something to the orientation. now, all that's left to do is to learn the dance. that should be easy, right? right?! ok, self-deception fail, i am so gonna screw up T_T

happy thanksgiving! ok, i know that singapore doesnt really celebrate thanksgiving, and i myself only found out today that today is thanksgiving, but it makes the perfect pre-amble to...

this video really made me lol, as in literally "laugh out loud", and not just something you type during msn chat whenever someone tells a joke when really you're facepalming yourself over how lame it was. sometimes, even though intelligent humour is good, you just need something completely mindless to laugh at. this is one of them. lmao at the last part, who would have thought you shouldnt use an uncooked turkey as a cooked turkey?

sometimes, even through the longest and darkest of storms, after the wind, rain and cold is over, you see a rainbow and it makes everything worthwhile.
