Time is a parasite: it eats my will, perforates my heart and hollows my mind

celebrated my bro's birthday today, though the actual date is tmr. the cake was really wierd: strawberry chocolate. the rest of the family liked it, but personally i find the taste of acidic strawberry jam with milky chocolate cream quite disgusting. but it was sweet anyway, and im a sugar junkie, so i ate it anyway. not really a gourmet by nature, as you might have noticed.

there's finally a class outing organised, and by class outing, i mean a gathering of the usual 6+ ppl who go for anything labelled as a "class outing", myself included. yet another failed attempt at class bonding, but at least it's something. we're going to watch 2012, though personally i dont have high hopes for the quality of the movie. i mean seriously, it looks like a lame excuse to hire the world's best CGI artists and let their imagination run wild with hurricanes and volcanoes and other random apocalyptic rubbish. there isnt even a theme to limit how random their creations can be! the supposed "prophecy" from the mayans doesnt really specify anything, so they could have AVP + Day After Tomorrow + WWIII going on simultaneously and still nobody could accuse them of going off-topic. oh well, if i cant find solace in the movie, i'll just find it with my friends i guess.

hockey training is still one thing that's sitting at the back of my mind. i havent heard from nigel about getting seniors to help us train during pitch trainings, so i guess until further notice we are still without guidance and wasting our time away - precious precious pitch hours ticking away. i guess we should just make the most out of the space and terrain and chiong drills and mini-matches.

on a random note, i take back what i said: Lucario is nothing compared to Meta Knight in SSBB!

SSBB, MKWii, PTH, hockey... yup, that just about sums up my life right now. wat a pathetic, insignificant existence i live, where everything can be summed up in four words. maybe i should be doing more constructive stuff with my life and actually take advantage of all this free time instead of letting it while away doing nothing. some of my friends are working part-time over the holidays... am i a useless bum for not doing the same? i wonder when i should start including stuff like say, holiday homework? another time, perhaps.
